Q. WHAT SIZE WATER BOTTLES DO YOU OFFER?
A. We offer 8oz, 12oz, 16.9oz (1/2
Liter), 20oz, 24oz, 1 Liter and 1.5 Liter Bottles.
We also produce 1-gallon and 2.5 gallon bottles.

Q. HOW MANY BOTTLES ARE IN A CASE?
A. All PET sizes (except 1 Liter and 1.5
Liter) are packaged
24 bottles per case.
(1L & 1.5L
bottles are packaged 12-bottles per case)

Q. WHAT TYPE OF BOTTLES AND WATER DO YOU USE?
A. Our high-quality, 100% recyclable
PET bottles are
safe and extremely durable.
We offer three types of water: natural spring,
ultra-purified drinking water and distilled.

WHAT KIND OF CAPS DO YOU OFFER?
A. We use safety caps on all of our
bottles. The standard
flat cap has a single safety
seal around the vase of the cap. The
sports cap
has a safety seal around the base
of the cap and around the base of the spout. The
sports cap also has a secure fitting
dust cap over the spout.

Q. CAN I MIX & MATCH?
A. Yes you can. Sizes and different labels may be mixed into
an Order. Please inquire.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BOTTLED WATER?
A. Because of the purity of the water, the shelf
life of the bottled water is 2 + years.
We print a shelf life expiration on all bottles.

Q. DO YOU
HAVE WATER-RESISTANT LABELS?
A. Yes. We have different types of labels
to fit your needs. If needed, we can use our fully
synthetic
water resistant label, which hold up very well when completely placed in ice water.

Q. IS IT
EASY TO DESIGN A WATER BOTTLE LABEL?
A. When working with Glacier Mountain it
is. Our design experts will
guide you through this simple
process, helping you create an effective water
bottle label
concept / design. We include 2 revisions,
if needed.
You may also design your own water bottle label. Please
tell us if you wish to do so and we'll let
you know all the specs to meet our high-quality printing standards
and all legal label requirements.

APPROVES THE WATER BOTTLE LABEL PROOF?
A. You do. We'll send you the Label Proof and
you'll "approve" it before we continue further.

A. We offer a wide range of order
quantities from 24-cases to truckload quantities. For

Q. DO I
RECEIVE THE ENTIRE ORDER AT ONCE?
A. You'll decide if you want your
water delivered at once, or a partial shipment; to one
location
or to several locations. We also
can deliver and ship on demand.

Q. WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR CREATING PLATES AND LABEL
SET-UP?
A. There is a one-time charge
for creating plates and label set-up. This may vary
depending on the
size of your order. Please request a
Quote today to find out the current set-up fees.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
A. All major credit cards are welcome.
We also accept company or personal checks. To begin, a
small initial payment ($99-$199) is charged to
cover the initial custom
design or artwork.
The
remaining balance will be charged upon your approval of the
Final Proof. Due to the custom
nature of private labeled water, all sales
are final.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
(Lead Time)
A. Upon your approval of the label artwork, the
lead time is around
3-4 weeks for production.
We also welcome Rush Orders (Shipped in as little
as 7-14 business days!)
