1.   Q. WHAT SIZE BOTTLES DO YOU OFFER?
     
      A.  We offer 8oz, 12oz, 16.9oz (1/2 Liter),  20oz, 24oz, 1 Liter and 1.5 Liter Bottles.
      We also produce 1-gallon and 2.5 gallon bottles. 


2.   Q. HOW MANY BOTTLES ARE IN A CASE?
     
      A.  All Sizes (except 1 Liter) are packaged 24 bottles per case.
            (1 Liter bottles are packaged 12 bottles per case)

3.   Q. WHAT TYPE OF BOTTLES DO YOU USE?
     
      A.  We use the highest-quality, 100% recyclable PET bottles.
Our Bottles are completely safe,
      and heavy-weight to ensure a professional look, feel and durability. 


4.   Q. WHAT KIND OF CAPS DO YOU OFFER?
     
      A.  We use safety caps on all of our bottles. The standard flat cap has a single safety
      seal around the vase of the cap. The sports cap has a safety seal around the base
      of the cap and around the base of the spout. The sports cap also has a secure fitting
      dust cap over the spout.

5.  Q. CAN I MIX & MATCH?
      
     A.  Yes.  Sizes and Different Labels may be mixed into an Order. Please inquire.



6.  Q. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BOTTLED WATER?
    
     A.  Because of the purity of the water, the shelf life of the bottled water is 2 + years.
     We print a shelf life expiration on all bottles.

7.   Q. DO YOU HAVE WATER-RESISTANT LABELS?
     
      A.  Yes. We have different types of labels to fit your needs.  If needed, we can use our water-
      resistant label, which can be completely placed in ice water. 


8.   Q.  IS IT EASY TO DESIGN A LABEL?
     
      A.  When working with Glacier Mountain's professional Art Department it is. We'll work closely with
      you from start to finish.  Our Design team will guide you through this simple process, helping you
      create the right label and message for your needs. 

      You may also design your own label.  Please tell us if you wish to do so and we'll let you know all the
       technical specs to meet our high printing standards and all legal guidelines.

9.   Q. WHO APPROVES THE LABEL PROOF?

     
      A.  You do. You'll review the Proof we send you and "approve" it before we continue further.

Q. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
     
       A.  We offer a wide range of order quantities from 24-cases to thousands of cases.  For specific
       Quantities and Pricing, contact us and we'll be happy to learn more about your exact needs, then
       promptly offer our best pricing to you.

11Q. DO I RECEIVE THE ENTIRE ORDER AT ONCE?
     
       A.  You'll decide if you want your water delivered at once, or a partial shipment; to one location
       or to several locations.  We also deliver and ship on demand. 


12.  Q. WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR CREATING PLATES AND LABEL SET-UP?
      
       A.  There is a one-time charge for creating plates and label set-up.  This will vary depending on the
       size of your order.  Please request a Quote today.

13. Q. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
     
      A.  All major credit cards are welcome.  We also accept company or personal checks. To begin, a
      small initial payment (up to 25%) is charged to cover the initial custom design or artwork.
      The remaining balance will be charged upon your approval of the Final Proof.  Due to the custom
      nature of a private label water order, all sales are final.


14. Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      A.  Upon your approval of the label artwork, it takes around 3-4 weeks on average. 
      We also welcome Rush Orders (Shipped in as little as 5 days!)

15. Q. DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES? 

      A.  Yes, we ship to ALL 50 states. We also ship to Canada, Mexico plus International Orders,
