Cabinet Shell: One piece blow molded high-density
polyethylene plastic. Resists cracks, fading and yellowing. Color molded
into cabinet to hide scrapes caused by rough usage. Cabinet is easily
removed for access to interior components. Just unfasten four screws
and slide cabinet off.
Drip Tray: Tray is easily removed for cleaning.
Frame: Metal strut provides support to chassis making routine maintenance
quick and easy. The shock absorbing base is ABS plastic, and will never rust
Cold Water Reservoir: Type 304 stainless steel 1 gallon (3.8 liter)
reservoir. Provides superior chilling for great tasting water. Surface is easy
to clean and maintain. Easy-to-replace insulation.
Refrigeration Unit: Convection cooled condenser. Internally spring mounted,
hermetically sealed compressor with automatic overload protector. No lubrication
needed. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated
capillary tube.
*Capacity: Cooler provides .6 G.P.H. (2.3 L.P.H.) of 50F (10C) water
when room temperature and bottled water temperature is 90F (32.2C)
Hot Tank: Type 304 stainless steel. 500 Watt externally mounted band
type heating element can be easily removed without draining the water from
the cooler. Storage capacity is 1-1/2 quarts (1.4 liters).
Hot Water Thermostat: Automatic thermostat factory set at approximately
180F - 190F (82C - 88C). Hot tank is protected by a heat limiter in the
event of a thermostat failure. A hot tank on/off switch is easily accessible
from rear. An optional adjustable thermostat is also available at extra cost.
Electrical: 115 Volts, 60 Hz. Compressor HP: 1/20 full load. Amps: CLE-1H
5.5; Removable three wire service cord and polarized plug furnished.
